LADY BEARS VOLLYBALL LOSE SEMIFINAL ROUND

The Bridgewater State University volleyball team could not get past Framingham State University in the semifinal round of the MASCAC Tournament on Saturday as they dropped a 3-0 decision which ended their season at 16-18.

With the season-ending loss, the Lady Bears say goodbye to two of the more successful players in program history. Senior captain Melanie Appleman finished her Bridgewater State career with 2,107 assists for fourth all-time for the Lady Bears. Senior captain Kristen Robillard ended her career with 1,411 digs for third all-time in Bridgewater State history
