The Public Relations Student Society of America is a branch of the nationally recognized Public Relations Society of America. Our organization is an asset to those who are thinking about going into public relations or to anyone who is focused on professional development.
There are numerous benefits to joining PRSSA. You are immersed in a community of students who are working towards developing themselves professionally and who are willing to share their experiences. There are many opportunities to attend networking events and conferences, where students have found internships and made valuable connections in the past.
Students who join PRSSA are kept up to date about what is going on in the PRfield and gain insight that adds to the knowledge that they are receiving in the classroom. Not all schools have PRSSA chapters so those who utilize this asset have a clear advantage when entering the workforce.
Our meetings take place every other Wednesday from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm in Conant 471. If you want updates regarding meetings and events you can follow us on Twitter @bsu_prssa or like us on Facebook at “Bridgewater State University PRSSA”. Our chapter president, Lilly Devine, can be reached at prssa.bridgew@gmail.com for any further questions.

New MCU Movie Lost a Stinger

When I saw that there was going to be a third installment in the Ant-Man franchise, my first question was: who asked for this? It’s Not Just About A Dog

This past week, the BSU Theater Department brought Janie Wants A Dog, written by Jan Rosenberg and directed by BSU senior Erin Faria (she/her) to our fair stage.
