Andy Sukeforth- Senior, Men’s Varsity Cross Country

Andy Sukeforth earned the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week award for two straight weeks in a row. The hands-down best runner for the Bears, Sukeforth has been outpacing both his teammates and his opponents all season long with his impressive race times. This past weekend at the Codfish Bowl Invitational at Franklin Park in Boston, Sukeforth finished third out of a field of 107 runners. He ran the eight-kilometer race in a time of 26:15, just 19 seconds behind the first place runner.

Kristin Reardon- Junior, Women’s Varsity Soccer, Goal Keeper

Starting goalie for the Bear’s women’s soccer team, Kristin Reardon made 10 saves in a thrilling 4-2 victory over Salem State University that was decided by penalty kicks. The game was tied at 1 goal apiece before entering the sudden death shootout. With the help of Reardon’s stellar performance, the BSU Bears were able to advance to the MASCAC semifinals. Reardon held the opponent scoreless all the way up until the 79th minute of action.
