During the 2015 Cranberry Bowl, BSU’s hard hitting safety had three interceptions, all in the second half including a 44-yard touchdown return early in the fourth quarter. Through the Bears ten games, the senior tallied 46 tackles (36 solo) and five interceptions, seven pass break-ups and a blocked kick.

Women’s

  • Chanelle Melton, Junior–Basketball

The junior recorded 31 points over two games this weekend in the 36th Annual Eastern Tip-Off Tournament. Melton led the Bears in a 60-56 victory over Regis Col-lege with 16 points and finished with 15 in the championship game loss against tournament host Eastern Connecticut State becoming the lone Bear to receive all-tournament team honors.
