Women’s

  • Brittany Cullinane, Junior – Field Hockey

With the regular season wrapped up, Cullinane finishes first on the Bears in goals scored (10), points (21), shots on goal (45) and game-winning goals (three). Her ten goals place the junior at sixth in the category for Little East Conference players. Cullinane scored the first of two BSU goals in a 2-1 victory in the season finale against Salem St.

Men’s

  • Filipe Gomes, Freshman – Soccer

The freshman phenom was awarded the MASCAC Men’s Soccer Rookie of the Week again this past week, marking his third time receiving that honor this season. The freshman became the first BSU rookie to reach eight goals in a season since 2009. Throughout the regular season, Gomes finished fifth in the MASCAC with eight goals and tied for second with five assists.
