BSU Sports Games September 27th- October 12th

  • Football- on a 4 game winning streak, stands at 4-0 in the MASCAC Conference and 4-2 overall. Tied for 1st in the MASCAC Conference with Framingham State.  
    • October 2nd: at. Fitchburg State W 42-0 
    • October 9th: at. Worcester State 49-13 
    • Next two games: October 23rd against Westfield State at home, Homecoming Game, 30th against UMASS Dartmouth, then the last two regular season games will be on the road.  
  • Volleyball- 6-6 overall record with a 3-1 in MASCAC Play,  tied for 2nd place with Framingham and Westfield State.

    • September 29th: vs. Worcester State L 3-1 
    • October 2nd: at University of New England L 3-0 
    • October 5th: at Regis L 3-0 
    • October 7th: at. Lasell L 3-0

    • October 12th: vs Mass. Maritime W 3-0 
    • Next two games: A Breast Cancer Awareness tri-match at Westfield State, where the Bears will face Westfield and Elms University on Saturday October 16th 
  • Field Hockey- 4-8 overall record, and 2-5 in LEC Conference play, they are 10th in the Conference.
    • September 28th: at. Fitchburg State W 3-0 
    • September 30th: vs. Anna Maria L 1-0 
    • October 2nd: at Keene State L 9-0 
    • October 6th: vs. Framingham State W 2-1 OT 
    • October 9th: vs. Salem State L 3-1 
    • October 12th: at. Eastern Connecticut State L 3-1 
    • Next two games: Saturday, October 16th at Western Connecticut State, then a three-game homestand will start against UMASS Dartmouth on October 20th 
  • Men’s Soccer- 4-8 overall record with a 2-2 record in the MASCAC Conference, tied with four other teams for third place in the conference, MCLA currently has the edge over the Bears due to them being 4-6-1 on the season.

    • October 2nd: at. Fitchburg State W 3-1 
    • October 6th: at Salve Regina L 5-0 
    • October 9thvs. Worcester State W 3-1 
    • October 12thvs. Wheaton (Mass.) L 3-0 
    • Next two games: October 16th at Westfield State, October 20th at UMASS Dartmouth. The last 4 out of 5 games in the regular season will be away games.  
  • Women’s Soccer- 2-0-1 in the MASCAC Conference, 5-4-1 overall record, 2nd place in the MASCAC Conference.

  • Women’s Tennis- On a eight-game winning streak, are 6-1 in the Little East Conference, and 10-2 in the overall record, second place behind Rhode Island College for the Little East Conference.
