Where One Romance Ended…Another Began
The perfect romance that Taylor Swift (she/her) envisioned as a kid has never been a true reality, and Swift has been dragged through the mud by the press due to heartbreak knocking her down. Made muddier by Ye (he/him), which brought her to the edge of failure. However, she recovered and now is at an all-time high. So much so that her shows are seismic not just on the Earth, but for the economy. She is such a phenomenon that wherever Swift goes, she makes money.
What has people’s attention this time is her romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (he/him). Some people are loving it, including New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick (he/him) who says Kelce getting Swift is his, “Best catch yet”, especially saying that Kelce is famous for being among the greatest tight ends in NFL history.
Kelce’s siblings have, however, expressed their concern about people pressing the romance so hard and his well being since Travis has pressure on him that seemingly no player before him has.
While some people are eating it up like crazy, such as BSU junior Lucy Nelson (she/her), who says that “It’s nice to see themselves being so comfortable with being public!”, others are spitting it out, or at least wanting to. Philadelphia Eagles star Darius Slay says that Swift should not be at their game in Week 11 during their Super Bowl LVII rematch with the Eagles. Slay says she, “brings the energy of winning” as part of his urge to keep Swift out. However, some people just do not care, such as BSU first year Nat Hartley (she/her) says the romance, “doesn’t matter much to me.”
