A Brand-New Hot Food to Go Vending Machine
BSU just recently added a new vending machine to campus, but not just any vending machine. This one of a kind, Just Baked Smart Bistro serves hot food in less than 60seconds at your convenience.
The Smart Bistro was installed recently on the first floor of Maxwell Library, just beside the printing station. The machine offers a wide variety of foods, all of which can be purchased just the same as a regular vending machine. There are many selections depending on your preferences, from sweet treats to savory dinner items. Students can treat themselves to deliciously warm meals like cinnamon rolls, White Castle cheese sliders, barbeque pork BAO, white cheddar mac & cheese, pepperoni hot pockets, white chocolate chunk cookies stuffed with cookie butter, and more!
The new Smart Bistro serves as yet another cozy reason to stop by the library, especially with the recent cold weather. I myself tried a cinnamon roll and was surprised at how big the portion was, as well as how simple and fast it was to use the Smart Bistro. Not to mention how sweet it was and made neatly in a box for me and my friends to share. Before purchasing, be aware the machine does not accept meal plans, but rather uses only flex dollars, debit, or credit cards. Students can also order ahead on the mobile app to save even more time. So, whether you’re craving something between classes and don’t have time to go to the dining hall or just want quick and easy access to foods, stop by the Just Baked Smart Bistro in Maxwell.
