Fashion Trends of 2025 So Far

The internet is no stranger to new fashion trends. Anything from UGG boots to flared jeans, it all makes it rounds, especially on apps like TikTok and instagram. But what’s coming in hot for 2025?

Of course, many are looking forward to the Spring and Summer months for their outfits to flourish. As for this winter, it’s been a mixture of classics and surprises. Many wore lots of layers to bundle up, starting with either long trench coats or a leather or fur jacket to add an edge. Adding scarves or bandanas was also a small accessory added to the outside appearance.

On the topic of accessories, many enjoyed layering their jewelry, particularly necklaces, as well as small chic glasses and sunglasses. There was a surge in patterns, specifically leopard and cheetah print, simultaneously sparking debate over which is which. As for sets, White Fox made its debut a few times, as well as putting athletic sets like SKIMS one-pieces under everyday clothes. Bows also had a major surge, whether you loved it or despised it.

So far, ruffles have been in for many, from skirts to dresses and shirts. The classic baby tee is still in style as it seems like it will be forever. Many online have suspected micro shorts and skirts to hop on the 2025 bandwagon, as well as more athletic wear worn as casual like ballet flats, sports tops, and leggings. However, maybe you appeal to the more sustainable part of fashion. Many have pledged their new 2025 trend to be that they won’t buy anything new they don’t need and rather buy second hand. What will you try?
