Taylor Swift Enters NFL’s Biggest Conspiracy

Over the past few weeks, a facetime call between global superstar Taylor Swift and NFL official Sarah Thomas prior to the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Denver Broncos on November 10th, 2024 has drawn plenty of controversy.

Thomas allegedly Facetimed with Swift before the game, and according to a Tweet by Landon Reinhart of KSNT 27 News, “was on FaceTime with family and I heard her say, ‘Did you get that screenshot?'”

It’s not definitive what Thomas meant by ‘screenshot’, but fans are not pleased whatsoever. In the Cheifs’ game, Allen’s crew called a questionalbe illegal contact penalty on Kansas City’s opponent, the Denver Broncos, with the Chiefs on offense. This gave Kansas City a fresh set of downs, and ignited a comeback victory.

The crew that Thomas is on, the crew led by referee Brad Allen, is no stranger to controversy either. In 2023, Detroit Lions tackle Taylor Decker reported to Allen that he was eligible to play on a Lions two point conversion that, if successful, would have given them a 21-20 lead over the Dallas Cowboys, and quite possibly a win. Yet, Allen reported that he was not aware of this, and thus called a penalty for illegal touching instead.

The theory that the NFL is ‘scripted’ has been one of the big stiories of the year once again. That all started when last year’s NFL Fan of the Year and YouTuber,  Tom Grossi, a YouTuber, created a series called “If the NFL Was Scripted”explaining histheory that the season was “scripted” so the Chiefs can win the Super Bowl again.

Though this is likely nothing, it is hard to not notice the connection between the Chiefs and the referees. I doubt Taylor Swift would ever consipre in the way it looked, but it is an interesting piece of discussion to add to an already heated debate.
