Ariana Grande’s 2026 Tour
After a seven-year hiatus, pop star and actress Ariana Grande breaks her streak, announcing that she will be going on tour in 2026. Grande has been working non-stop between filming for the two-part musical, Wicked, and her makeup and skincare line, R.E.M. Beauty. After releasing her seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine, rumors had sparked on whether or not Grande would be returning to touring. She had shared previously with Variety, “I feel so grateful to the acting, and I think my fans know that music and being on stage will always be a part of my life, but I don’t see it coming anytime soon. I think the next few years, hopefully we’ll be exploring different forms of art, and I think acting is feeling like home right now.”
However, it seems that Grande has changed her mind as she teases her fans in the caption on her Instagram post, “see you next year ♡ 🧸” Fans online are sharing their worry on Grande’s choice of venues, with one reddit user commenting, “I’m very surprised she didn’t go for stadiums. Those tickets are gonna be even harder to get than usual because this was always going to be short tour.” and another user commenting, “That’s a very tiny tour!” With smaller venues and fewer tour dates, fans continue sharing their concerns about receiving tickets.
Yet, many fans are understanding of Grande’s decision and are looking forward to next year’s tour. After working on numerous projects for the last few years, a smaller tour makes sense.
Ariana Grande will kick off her tour in Oakland, CA, and will make her way to Boston, MA, on July 22nd and 24th at the TD Garden.
