Is Democracy in the Room with Us?
Remember when the Constitution and its amendments meant something? I sure don’t! This country runs to ensure the rich get richer and the margin between us normies and those big-shot billionaires, who own every company and corporation, gets smaller than it already is, with the ultimate goal of eradicating the margin to begin with.
These “unprecedented times” that we are living through are what so many people have been warning others about when it comes to who we elect to power. From the housing crisis to the overpriced groceries that our administration continues to lie about, how am I supposed to have faith in a system that our leaders don’t even care to maintain the image of? Why are millions of dollars going toward giving war-grade weapons to untrained agents that are fueled not by a sense of justice but hate and prejudice?
All of this should be made even clearer now with all the backlash happening toward the amazing Bad Bunny performance. Why are people mad that his entire message established the strength of love in the face of hate? Not to mention people continuously try to claim he is not American as if Puerto Rico isn’t an American territory, but I won’t get into that idiocy.
All I am saying is that politicians do not care about you and will continue to not care about you. They care about the escalation of power, money, and fame. There is nothing honorable about the way this country is being run. There is nothing democratic about how this country is being run. What good has the eradication of DEI programs really done for you? How about that East Wing? That definitely didn’t help the prices of my produce decrease.
Start thinking for yourself. That is the one thing they are worried about and the one thing we can do to fight back against this oppressive system.
